Progress With Intent

At times like this, I wonder what I can do to make it memorable. Most people find it somewhat ‘easy’ to make it memorable. Again I wonder, how different are those memories? Were they created with intent?

I’m thinking that perhaps intent should be the memory.

Today isn’t the end of just any year – it’s the end of a decade. I’ve seen the turn of two and understood their significance, generally through the nuance of external influences. 2020 is definitely different… for me. In regards to celebrating, nothing will change – I won’t.

I will be entering 2020 with a very personal interpretation and understanding of what the turn of the decade means. I published a post in Jan 2012, cheekily explaining why I think you shouldn’t set new year’s resolutions, so that’s not quite what I’ll be doing either. As I mentioned earlier I’ll be entering the new year with intent and that doesn’t mean resolutions.

I don’t set resolutions, I set goals and work towards them – somewhat unconventionally. I guess I’m learning to be comfortable doing my thing. I hope you get comfortable doing your thing.

As I explained in the post I wrote in 2012, rather than set yourself up for a potential fall, create habits that mean you continually rise.

Happy New Year!

I wish you success in 2020… lots and lots of success.

Be Authentic.
