Rita Ora heads back to her hometown of Pristina for ‘Shine Ya Light’ video

Shine Ya Light is the third single from Rita Ora’s chart-topping debut album, ORA. A month ago, we got a sneak peek at the visuals for the track and we saw her head back to her hometown of Pristina in the trailer.

The story begins at 12:35am in Pristina, Kosovo… Rita takes to the roof tops for a little seductive dancing before she hits the streets of her hometown. A setting filled with beautiful streets, children, bikers and general homecoming optimism as Rita wears her flag, flies the infamous Roc Nation hand sign and bellows ‘don’t matter where you are, whoa shine ya light, woah set the world on fire.’

But where will the story end? Yesterday Rita tweeted ‘LADIES AND GENTLEMEN VERSION 1 OF SHINE YA LIGHT OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO,’ indicating a second version is on its way.

Shine Ya Light is one of my favourite songs from album and Rita is hoping to make it her fourth consecutive UK number one this year, tweeting ‘If SHINE YA LIGHT GOES NUM1 we are officially HISTORY MAKERS! GUYS CAN WE DO THIS?? Let’s GET #SYL2NUM1 TRENDING!!’

The stunning singer is set to appear in an episode of 90210 in January as well as gracing the January cover of Glamour. Check out the teaser, below.
